Orders sent will only be processed for shipment after payment has been confirmed.

If you have chosen a manual payment method such as bank transfer or deposit into an account, even after sending the respective receipt, the order will only proceed after confirmation of receipt of the order amount.

For orders outside the European Union, we consider the order as delivered after arriving in the country of destination. We are only responsible for the order until it reaches the country of destination and the buyer is responsible for customs / customs, if applicable.

• The price for shipments in mainland Portugal is €3.99
• The price for shipments to the Maritime Islands (Azores and Madeira) is €5.99
• The price for shipments to Spain is €4.99
• The price for shipments to the rest of Europe is €20.00

Orders outside the European Union:
We are only responsible for the order until it reaches the country of destination. Orders are often blocked at Customs in the country of destination. In this case, the customer is responsible for the customs and entry into the country.
