refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after you receive your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, sealed if applicable. And accompanied by the purchase invoice.
To initiate a return, you must contact us by email at zukyjeans@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The expenses in case of return are the responsibility of the customer.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) or intimate products (boxers, lingerie and others). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Reimbursement
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
